JESUS IS YOUR...
Jesus is the central figure of the Bible. It is through Him that we have salvation and understanding of the life God wants each of us to live. These sixteen topics begin with Jesus as our Savior and end with Jesus as our everything. May you be blessed as you discover the essence of Jesus and the importance of who He is and the gift that we have through Him.
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world.
For we ourselves have heard Him and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.
“For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed.
But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life.”
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Nevertheless He saved them for His name’s sake,
That He might make His mighty power known.
Lord, I want to thank You for giving Your Son as a sacrifice for each of us. It is through His blood shed on the cross that we have the forgiveness of our sin. Words cannot express enough how much we appreciate the life You gave so that we might have life everlasting.
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,
Because the Lord has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. . . .
“Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.
For You have broken the yoke of his burden
And the staff of his shoulder,
The rod of his oppressor,
As in the day of Midian.
Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
Jesus, You have given me freedom in You because I know the truth and the truth has made me free to worship You with a clean heart. Bless me, Lord, and give me the desire to live each moment in Your presence.
