Victory Decrees: Daily Prophetic Strategies for Spiritual Warfare Victory
by Jennifer LeClaire

Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. The beast of the field will honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen. This people I have formed for Myself; they shall declare My praise.
Break Demonic Cycles in Your Life
You don’t have to repeat the same cycles this year that you walked in last year. You can break demonic cycles in your life. You don’t have to walk in the same vicious, painful, distressing circles this year. You can interrupt the enemy’s plans, but first you have to be aware of the enemy’s involvement. You have to see how the wicked one is working to press your buttons, to bring up old memories, to strike at opportune times. You can start this year with a new determination to overcome what has tried over and again to overcome you. I am with you.
2 Corinthians 10:3–6; Matthew 4:17; John 8:32
Father, help me discern the destructive demonic cycles that manifest in my life. And give me the strategy to overcome every wicked plot against my life.
I decree the enemy’s plans in my life are disrupted, dismantled, and disengaged. I declare demonic cycles are obliterated, in Jesus’s name.
Winning the Battle in
There will always be a battle in the wilderness—and it’s twofold. You’ll have to battle your carnal nature that grows impatient in the waiting. You’ll be tempted to take matters into your own hands to bring change into your life that only I can bring. You’ll grow weary in the waiting if you don’t keep your eyes on Jesus. But your enemy will add another dimension of warfare to your wilderness experience, taking advantage of your impatience and weariness to tempt you to give up altogether. Your promised land is ahead. Join Me in the war against your flesh and against the enemy of your soul.
Matthew 4:1–11; Hebrews 6:12; Galatians 6:9
Father, I will walk through any wilderness You lead me into, but please keep me from temptation. Help me to walk and not grow weary.
I decree I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. I declare I am able to walk through any wilderness through His grace and by His mercy, in Jesus’s name.
Your Enemy Is Not Impenetrable
Goliath had a helmet of bronze, a coat of mail, and a bronze spear between his shoulders. This giant—this enemy—seemed impenetrable. But I tell you, your enemy’s armor is not impenetrable. Your enemy is no match for the sword of the Spirit. Your enemy actually has no armor. Your enemy is vulnerable to the Word of God coming out of your mouth. But your mind is penetrable in the unrenewed areas. Your mind is the point of entry where your enemies make you think and even believe that their armor is impenetrable. David knew his God, ran to the battle line, and saw victory. You can too.
1 Samuel 17:48–49; 1 Chronicles 29:10–13; Isaiah 26:3
Thank You, Lord, that You have given me stronger armor than any Goliath could hope for. Help me see myself as I am in Christ. Help me see the victory beyond the enemy’s intimidation.
I decree and declare every Goliath in my life shall fall flat on his face. I decree victory over every giant overshadowing God’s blessings in my life, in Jesus’s name.
Submitting to Me Means
Resisting the Enemy
When you don’t resist the devil’s plans, plots, and ploys against your life, you are not submitting yourself to Me. I have given you strong and sage advice and instruction in My Word. I have told you plainly to submit yourself to My Spirit, resist enemy spirits and they will flee from you.
When you don’t resist fear, when you don’t cast down vain imaginations, when you don’t resist demon powers in their various workings against your life, you are resisting My wisdom. So, resist the enemy at his onset. Don’t wait until oppression washes over you. I will always deliver you from the enemy’s hand when you obey My Word. Resist.
James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:9; Matthew 16:23
Lord, thank You for this revelation that submitting to You and resisting the devil work hand in hand. Give me the strength to resist with everything in me and not cave into the pressure.
I decree I have the power and might of God within me to resist every enemy attack. I declare that oppression is broken off my mind and body, in Jesus’s name!
Believe My Promises of Provision
Blessed are the poor in spirit, but I have not called you to walk with less than enough. I am the God of more than enough. I have more than enough provision, and I want to pour it out upon you liberally. Your part is to believe My great and precious promises of provision over your life. Your part is to fight the good fight of faith over your finances. Your part is to bind the hand of the thief who comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Your part is to keep your mouth in line with My Word and stop talking about what you don’t have. Your part is to put your hand to the plow and give Me something to bless. Don’t be deceived. I am your provider.
2 Corinthians 9:8; Job 38:41; Luke 12:7
Father, I believe. Help my unbelief when the enemy is filling my head with thoughts of lack. I bind the voice and the hand of the enemy over my finances!
I decree my God has more than enough resources to provide all my needs. I declare that all my needs are met--and then some, in Jesus’s name!
